Started running in May 1999. thought it would be a good idea to train and run the London Marathon!! Took me 5 hours but i did it.....
Anyway, from there on i got the running bug and posted some decent times at all distances.
Now 2009 age 42 and with major surgery well and truly behind me my times have slowed - but am looking forward to getting back into decent shape and improving on my speed....and kicking some ass.......
