Love to run!! My speaciality is the 400m but at 39 years old I'm not quite as quick as I used to but so now I turn my hand to anything. I've done 11 marathons 4hrs 17mins 45 secs being my fastest (still chasing the sub 4hrs). Love cross country and anything that involves mud. I enjoy slow and fast running (will run with anyone thats willing to go out)
