I started running in 1987 after hanging up my soccer boots,tried it and loved the feeling,running completey changed my life and i have a lot to thank it for,made some great friends.These days i prefer marathon and ultra marathon running and want to do more big city marathons as they give me a real buzz!!still race a lot locally and i can still knock out some decent times for my m50 age category so theres life in the old boy yet. just love running Show More...
