Started getting fit in 2000. Started running in 2003. Qualified personal trainer. Ran my own fitness classes until Covid happened. Decided to do fitness as a hobby again after that!
Still a keen runner, cyclist and gym freak. I use a mixture of Calisthenics and weights in the gym which I find very effective to support everything else I do! Enjoy walking and doing a bit of climbing too.
Still help a few friends with their running and training because I enjoy helping people and seeing them progress.
I love dogs . Especially spaniels who are the best running companions in my book! Our spaniel Rosie died recently and it’s difficult dealing with the loss! I dog sit for a friend now though and that helps!
