I started running in 2007 having lost almost 4st in weight. I always hated running and any kind of exercise when I was growing up, but suddenly at the age of 34 found I now enjoyed it! Amazing!!! I entered a 5mile race in September 07 as something to aim for, I came last but at least I finished. From there it was a 10k in October, then several 10k races along with a half marathon. I also have a charity place in the 2009 Flora London Marathon! Help!!!
