About Me
...I run..because I can...I'm not the fastest or the best..but I do what I do and enjoy it..:)...I don't do many races, just run when feel like it, for fun, to meet and chat with friends and just because.:)
I cycle lots too, because I love it, the freedom of the road to go and explore for miles and miles, impromptu cake and coffee shops, and for the challenge of long distance, hilly sportives.
Cake and more cake are my motivation
And to complete the picture I finally learnt to swim and overcame my fear of water, I now have swim coaching 3 times a week,, (which means getting up in the middle of the night) and also dedicated one to one sessions to work towards some swimming events...
