About Me
Having moved into the over 70s in January I managed to put a six centimetre tear in a hamstring tendon in February. One consultant said I may never run again; another consultant and I are trying to prove him wrong. Hopefully running, albeit it slowly, in a couple more months, perhaps by August 2024. My competitive days may be over though, but again...
Was reasonably fit in Feb, if 75% WAVA without being flat out is reasonable.
Re the name Alehouse, in the mid 70s I was at Uni and founded the cross country touring team using the name Alehouse Academicals. Academicals has been dropped but the team lives on with kit a plenty as well these days.
