Been running on and off for a while but have gradually upped mileage over the years since packing in over 35s football.
PBs have started coming down nicely since starting to train smarter using a hrm. 41 years old now but still feel I have a good few years improvement in me. Goals: Sub 17 5k - 16:44 â Sub 36 10k - current PB 35:08 â Sub 82 HM - 1:17:24 â Sub 3hr Mara - 2:53:09 â Next goal is a sub 2:50 marathon, ran 2:48 as a GPS effort for the virtual London but nothing in a race Show More...
