Run for fun , run to eat chocolate!
2nb PB of the year 3.18.25 - running pretty much every day apart from the 5 weeks off injured. Shows what more running can do - 4th marathon this year without tapering body seems to get used to the exercise. Clearly this can't last?? predominantly vegan diet 2 weeks before . Time will tell if the better performance lasts - goes totally against training plans I followed before.
Convinced good vegy diet and no pressure running is the way forward.
Never say never and keep plodding on!!
