started running Feb/March time 07, then broke wrist in July 07 after the Great City Race...2 ops and a titanium plate later and I finally got back treading the tarmac by about October...then Jan 08 got torn tendon and bone bruise from over-training....Dec 08 fractured hip, diagnosis Jan 09...crutches for 2 months..didn't heal well, later found I had osteoperosis and low bone metabolism...finally back to running June 09....1 stone heavier.....easy goal for me then this year!!
