Have decided after a few years of enjoying racing rather than training to become a slightly better runner by shedding a few grams and eating a bit better. In a bid to try break the elusive 40 minute barrier over the 10k mark, I have even taken to training a bit, with a membership to the friendly Garscube Harriers a useful addition to my interests.
Currently having tendon problems in my right leg but looking forward to getting running again. No promises for this year re times but i can guarantee i will enjoy it and get at least one PB over 6+ miles...
