Started running in 2012 as an indirect consequence of the Olympic games, so I joined a running club and found out that proper training actually makes you faster.
I love cross country. It's all that mud! Funny thing is I used to hate it a school. Enthusiastic parkrunner. (In the 250 club and 99 different events). 😃 Love swimming. Injury prone.......Damn those legs, knees, ankles, shins, calves, etc. Serious coffee enthusiast. Drummer and frustrated rock star. I think that I may have already had my 15 minuets of fame but I live in hope of getting another 10 if I'm lucky. I'm feeling too old but still pushing the envelope.
