About Me

Started running in 2012 as an indirect consequence of the Olympic games, so I joined a running club and found out that proper training actually makes you faster.

I love cross country. It's all that mud! Funny thing is I used to hate it a school.

Enthusiastic parkrunner. (In the 200 club so far and 62 different events). Only another 5 till I’m in the 250 club. 😃

Love swimming.

Injury prone.......Damn those legs, knees, ankles, shins, calves, etc.

Serious coffee enthusiast.

Drummer and frustrated rock star. I think that I may have already had my 15 minuets of fame but I live in hope of getting another 10 if I'm lucky.

I'm feeling too old but still pushing the envelope. Long may it continue because as Neil Young said "It's better to burn out than fade away"

Current Status

I'm trying to slim back down to my racing weight. Running well at the moment. However I know that the moment is fleeting. Now XC season is over I’m training for the Boston marathon.
