About Me
I start run with 5 years old, and always loved.

When I was a teenager I start running in one of the Best running clubs in my country – BENFICA, best known by is football.
I did several Half-Marathons before my 23 years with the best times around 1h45m.
Then I get injury in my knee and I stop totally running, I did a few fun races some years after without training but was only that.

When I came to England in 2002 I try to start training again but working 15/16 hours a day didn’t help so I stop again. In 2006 re-start again, I went and done a gait analyse and bought a proper trainers, but guess what I found that I was pregnant so I carrier on very slow some weeks. After the birth I start again but not very consistent, was hard to adjust live around husband, 1 girl with ADHD and a baby and work, so I was on and of. When I decide ‘’This Is It’’ and try to run more regularly I had a surgery relate with my pregnancy/ give birth, that was affect my running to, stop me of doing any king of efforts for 8 weeks.

So now I going to say THIS IS IT, THIS IS IT

I start on week 5 of a 5K plan to beginners from bupa.co.uk , and then I going to move to 10K plan and concentrate on 10k races, and maybe an odd 15k

Apart of that 10K, I apply for the 3rd time to VLM

And, know, finally I gain my place on VLM 2011, bring it on...
