About Me
Never liked running when younger then bitten by the bug in mid forties when training to get fit for skiing.Happy to have sub 20 ,5k pb,sub 40 10k pb,sub 87 HM pb, 3.00(so close!!) Marathon . All World Marathon Majors ticked off except Tokyo but that will be done one day.Enjoy PRs and swim and do tris badly for fun.Frequently injured.
