Old fellow who took up running at 16 stone aged 50 in 2007 and has since run 11 Marathons, 5 London, 4 Brighton, 1 Hastings and 1 Amsterdam. I have run many 10k, 10 mile, half marathons as well as a few 20 mile races. I have completed 3 Triathlons and have cycled from Lands End to John O'Groats (1000 miles 11 days) and Lands End to Broadstairs (460 miles 4 days) all for The Alfie Gough Trust.
