Hi Im Sy, Back for the 2nd time on FE. I have lost all my previous date and race times. Ive not run for 2 years but im back.....Determined to get back to where I used to be. I lost motivation and really struggled to get it back until Kara from the Honeypot Childrens charity phoned me offering a place in the British London 10k which I said yes too.... not realising it was just 2 weeks away.
