About Me

New to exercise- I started losing weight last February 1st (lost 52 lbs so far and another 23 to go), and then on the 30th December I committed to working out regularly and making exercise a part of my life. I started with Jillian Michaels DVD's at home and on 11.05.2013 I ran my first 5k (having not trained and with a hangover!). Now I want to get myself running regularly so I can run the Oxford Town and Gown 10k!!
