Started exercising regularly in January 2012 and running in April 2013. Completed London Marathon 2014 in 6:42:13 after suffering injuries during training.
Since then, on again off again with runningâ€ and exercise more generally.
Retired (early) in July 2021 - so now exercise is ON!
