I have dabbled with running for many years, juggling short runs with childcare and work. But something unexpected has recently happened. I have fallen in love with running. I want to run faster, stronger, further. I have started this Blog in the hope that it will help me maintain my enthusiasm and focus (especially as I tend to be a fair weather runner). I hope that by calling myself a runner, I will act like one!
