About Me
Still new to running/ plodding. Finished this years FLM in just short of 6hrs. Was hoping for much better, but didn't realise how bloody hard it was going to be! It was by far the best thing I have ever done.

Enjoying running for runnings sake at the moment. Running three or four times per week at the moment, but not following a strict training plan, trying to do one long run, two steady runs and one quicker run each week. Planning on doing a few 10k races over the summer and another half marathon later in the year
