I've just got my running mojo back!!!
I'd just got to the stage of thinking of myself as an ex-runner, and every time I saw a runner I thought they were weird and wondered why I ever ran.

I've been running on and off for about 5 years, but never consistently.
Previously I've managed three marathons (PB 5.24), two halves (PB 2.09), 3 10ks (PB 54 mins), 5ks - 47 Parkruns (PB 28.02).
My aims for 2015 are:
1 - To log as many miles in March as possible (I managed 103 miles in February). 2 – To get a new personal best at Parkrun. I need 28.01 or better - I've got it down to 29.15 so far this year.
3 – To beat my uncle’s personal best at Parkrun. I need 27.02 or better, but he has set this at age 65! So it won’t be much of a victory for me.
3 - Run a Parkrun on every Saturday this year apart from the one that was cancelled on me (24th Jan) and on those Saturdays when I'm racing. Score so far I've made every one, and started my Parkrun tourist story. And I only have 3 more to do to get my 50th!! Parkrun tshirt.
4 - To successfully complete the Rat Race Dirty Weekend - Full Mucker on the 9th of May.
5 - My first Ultra, the Stort 30 on the 25th of October.
6 - To run 1,000 miles this year. 150 miles done, only 850 miles to go!
My plans for 2016 are as follows:
1 - To complete the London to Brighton 100 km race, May 2016. 2 - To complete the Mizuno Enduro 24 Solo in June 2016.
