About Me

Started running in 2002 to convince myself I actually was over a spinal injury. A separate, unconnected, spinal injury in 2009 gave me a 2.5 year break from running - getting back to my 2008 pace is my aim and I'll be delighted when I first get a time better than I achieved when running well.

Longer-term goal is a good for age place for London in 2020. My marathon goal times are:
2017: sub 4:15
2018: sub 3:50
2019: sub 3:30
2020: sub 3:15
