Describe your ideal run, ride or swim.
A ride with skids, jumps and wheelies! A 10x200m threshold swim....just love the suffering, although having just done a 100x100m I can confirm this is in a different league! Any run that involves a chat!

About Me

Same old story, fat, lazy and wasting away my life....took up running, then bought a bike and got into triathlon, too heavy to be a quick runner but I can ride a bike a bit and quite quickly, more cyclist than runner nowadays.

Pushy Dad to Drew, but have more bikes than kids.

Current Status

Less fat and getting faster, starting to feel the need to eat more again though!
