Started running in sept2009 taking on the septemberthon,then managed the Fetch Edinburgh 10k and then it died away over the christmas peroid . January and i started again and entered into the Edinburgh Half to give myself a goal and training went good .Ran my first half marathon in 1 hr 57 which was bloody sore but really enjoyed it . Ran the second Edinburgh half 5 weeks later and took a bit longer , ran a 10k in Falkirk in 55mins which pleased me . The 3rd Half i almost pulled out at mile 7 due to a leg injury but battled on with encouragement from my Wife MAGBAG and stll managed to finish it (not pretty lmao)
