About Me
Before I moved to Dumfries I used to have a good laugh at the crazy people out in their running atire, early in the morning, late at night and in the depths of winter. Never did I imagine that I would become one of them. I fancied myself more as a gym bunny, happy to work up a sweat in the confines of a fitness room. I ended up joining the local running club when I moved to the town as I had a great north run place and time was running short to get myself fit. Ive always been the type to do everything last minute so the fact that I had 6 weeks was nothing new. I met a fantastic group of people, willing to give me all the help and advice I needed. The rest is history. Needless to say I kept on going to the club after Id acheived my goal, even through the depths of the winter. So I guess I can now class myself as a running nut. Damn proud of it too!!:-)
