I was a rower in my teenage years (over ten years ago). I did a little cardio in the gym and a spot of mountainbiking sporadically in my 20's,then started running back in March 2006 to get properly fit again! My first race was the Barra Half Marathon in July 2006, and since then have been training pretty consistently (bar a month or two of injury). I'm going to concentrate on the shorter race distances under 10km in 2008.
