About Me

Began running when I was in school and was mainly into orienteering. Orienteered for Wales several times, was Welsh champion a few times too and ran for Wales in fell racing. Did a bit of road racing and cross country, but not much. When I was 17 I stopped running completely.

Started up again in 2002 (5 years later) when I started orienteering again and ran the Cardiff half in 2004 with no training. Made the same mistake again in 2005 when I did it with no training. Didnt do much for a few years, then in 2008 decided I was going to get fit again.

Since then I have run regularly, race in road races and cross country and still want to get faster before age catches up with me.
