I started running in March 2006 having lost a stone, and wanting to continue the weight loss. Never in my life did I think that i'd be able to stick at any form of sport/excercise, but here I am hooked! - stopped however in Oct 06 after picking up an injury, and gave up! I restarted end December 2008 and am doing the Reading Half, but not really seriously. However plan on keeping this up this time round...
