About Me
started running (well jogging) in my twenties but never worried about time or anything. Recently caught the running bug though when I entered a 10k race, joined a running club and here we go - still very slow but think I'm improving!

was training for a marathon in 2011, got to 20 miles in training but fell pregnant and couln't do much exercise at all. now starting again after almost a year and struggling to run 3 miles!
