Started running at the end of August '10.
Trying to shape up and get fit.

Ok, stopped running in May last year through injury from training, racing and kids using me as a climbing frame.
Decided to shift some weight so started walking again in March and did my first run in May, so far so good, up to 4 miles easy and 10 miles long. Defo need some new gear, starting with socks.

So my ex wife and I separated last year. This is a new chapter in my life blah, blah, blah etc.
Other than my kids, running is all I have, friends and family are hundreds of miles away. The only people I know here are my ex's friends and family and they, her friends, never spoke to me much anyway.
This year i will mainly be running to keep sane and alive.
I'm going to do an ultra 😁

Erm, yeah 2017, that's over.
Injury, injury, laziness, injury.
All better for a new year, two weeks running after 5-6 months off, going well.
