STATUS still injured
just started running again after twenty years of doing other things, now aged 38 how many years can i expect to keep getting faster before old age or injury forces me to slow down?
still getting fitter and faster, would like to run a five min mile, then i might quit and take up golf lol.
*update* been running for three years ish now and still getting quicker how ever i'm not taking big chunks off my pb's anymore, kinda levelling out a little.
still enjoying being able to pull on a pair of trainers and just run.
2012/13 Aycliffe Running Club's men's captain and running our club championship, I just need to figure out a way i can win it lol
not as many PB's as i'd have liked in 2012
trying to increase my mileage, enjoying finding new routes
