About Me

Ok, been here since 2010, when I got hoodwinked into running the Cardiff Half Marathon, caught the bug, and hey presto, I'm a runner, apparently, haha!

These were my last goals:

1. Get new shoes - done April 2012
2. Run 250k in 2012 - done!
3. Run 500k in 2012 - nearly, so nearly.
4. Do Neath Triathlon.
5. Cardiff Half in 1.45.00 or less - done!!
6. 5km in under 20mins - done 23/6/12 yay!
7. 5km in under 19mins (added 1/7/12)
8. Release all the tension in my hips! (not so easy, requires regular massage)

Here are some more, starting at 1st Nov 2015

Try to run 3x a week ongoing
Do stuff for MYSELF, not please others
Get a job
Get a place
Set up my own business
MOVE ABROAD AGAIN.

Current Status

Eurgh. A whole year and a half off. At least until the end of 2014 I was working as a tree surgeon, so I was fit and strong, but 2015 has been terrible. Anyway, back into it as of the 1st of Nov.
