About Me

Gutted, after a few gentle months of slowly getting back into running I've damaged by Achilles tendon :-( It's been 3 weeks of RICE and recovery progress is slow. Hope to get back into walking within a couple of days.

Current Status

Since lockdown I've been getting back into my running and exploring the local area...mostly offroad too for extra fun!
