About Me
In my youth I ran for Haringey AC, mostly middle distance but gave it up when I was about 18.
I started running again for fitness at the age of 40, and found a new lease of life
2014 was a great year, never got to PB over 10 miles, but PB'd all other distances
Targets for 2018 are : 5K - Sub 17:00, Sub 35:30 10k, sub 28 min 5 mile, a sub 59 10 mile , a sub 1:20 half , maybe some other stuff too
