Middle aged plodder, originally from South Wales, but now living in the heart of Wiltshire. Fairly new to running, taking it up as a quick and cheap way to keep fit as an alternative to the karate and mountain biking I used to do before the kiddies arrived.
Every April I apply for the FLM/VLM, and every October I feel massively relieved when I don't get in... is that going to change this year?
