About Me
Started running with Sandhurst Joggers in 2010, that was so good for my running, a great club. I'm never going to be a superstar but I really enjoy the personal challenge. Since moving to the Midlands I've joined Spa Striders but haven't got into a running routine with them as I've had a few injuries etc etc. Hope to get to club night after the Great South as it always helps to have a sociable side to running as well as pounding miles on my own. I'd like to try cross country again which I use to love. Living in hope.
Current Status
Last run 28th June - plantar fasciitis - so cycled, must have tried too hard as I have now pulled my achilles, made it worse when pushing the car as the battery had gone flat!!! Attending my first pilates class at the gym today (July 28th) in some sort o
