Over the last few years I seem to have fallen into running regularly. Slow trotting in scenic places is my speciality. It all became so much more fun when I realised the world wouldn't end and I wasn't a failure for walking occasionally. Current goals include getting my 10k time sub-60 again and doing a flattish half marathon, just to see what I am really capable of.
