I am fundraising for Cancer Research

I lost a University Friend last year to Brain Cancer leaving a young family.
I raise money for Cancer Research in the hope this can help others avoid the same tragedy.

About Me

Started running in 2009, primarily to raise money for Cancer Research at the Reading Half Marathon.
To my pleasant surprise I found running to be less of a grind than feared.

2012

sub-18? 5km - DONE 17:45 20 June, Bitton 5km

PB at Half - Oxford - DONE, 1:18:57

Break 75% WAVA - DONE 7 May (76.13% with 37:36 at Shinfield 10km/ 76.19 @ Bridge Inn 5km, 77.48 @ Bitton 5km (June))

First trail marathon - Beachy -DONE 3:36, 31st

2013
Improve training, better specificity.
Break half PB - Bath and Reading entered - NOT DONE - Injury.

Break Marathon PB at Autumn Marathon or Frankfurt (as 1st overseas marathon) - PB Smashed at Frankfurt

2014

Retain/regain GFA OR a year of trail running.
