A sport refuser for a very long time, never thought I'd get to be any good at running either. Still no good really, but have managed to keep the running up consistently for quite a few years now. Running club and signing up to halves and the marathons have had an amazing impact on my motivation and progress. Would really miss running 4 times a week these days.
