About Me

This years aim is to get back into running and staying injury free. Enjoy training sessions on the WATT bike, and sessions in the gym 4 times a week. When the warm weather arrives hope to do some open water swimming.
Outside of running love riding my motorbike, anything to do with the outdoors and my new love sea fishing.

Current Status
