Just getting back into running. Hoping to get fit enough to run with my super fit other half who runs much faster than I do!!
So happy my gorgeous OH told me about joining this site, happy to be on here with my Webrat... See some different species can get on very well!
Well I have a goal now - Which focuses my need to train. It is so easy to sometimes find other things to do, rather than actually getting out there! A plan is in place and intend to keep to it.. I may not be a fast as you super fit people, but I intend doing my very best!
