About Me
I took up running in April 2006 as a late New Years resolution. I ran the race for life as my first race and a Swansea Bay 5K. Since then I've just dabbled really and been unfortunate with a few injuries but this year I am determined to run 10 Miles (hopefully at the Great South Run) and next year do a half marathon. I am very very very slow but I want to run longer not faster at this point in time. I'm told 'faster' does happen. I'll believe it when I see it in my case. Show More...
