About Me
Replaced my pack-a-day smoking habit in 2004 with regular running and watched the weight tumble away. Since moving to London in 2008 I've started setting race goals and increasing my endurance. I'm now really keen to try all distances up to the marathon, but have a soft spot for the half-marathon, something I never thought I'd be able to conquer. Although it's ambitious, I'm aiming for a sub-1:30:00 half - I think it's feasible after slashing 11 minutes of my time in the past year.
