About Me

More of a mountain biker than a runner.
Fairly consistenly finishing in the top quarter in MTB endurance events up to 24 hours solo and doing reasonably well in mountain bike orienteering events.
I'd like to get in to foot orienteering and possibly trail running. I need to make some serious improvements to my running first.
Weightlifter. Powerlifting total = 350kg @ 100kg. If you know what that means, you'll know it's nothing special.

Current Status
