Kept things steady. Bare feet on beach until after second run. Felt good.

Did not feel well. Overdid the drinking yesterday. My morning coffee made a reappearance at about 3.6k. Happy that I still managed to get out and complete this.

First time with Xero xtrails. they slowed me down on the walking but not the running. my feet felt very tired at the end.

Set off with the intention of taking things easy. I did take it easy but ran a few times more than I intended. Overall felt good.
