Started running in 2003, got demoralised after 2 failed sub-4 mara attempts, so am now working on being a very slow triathlete rather than a quite slow runner.
Update: after a mid-pack finish in my most recent tri, it's time to work on the running again.
Aaaand... five years after that update I'm now seriously training for sub 4 in 2015.
And having done that, it's ultra time.
2019: after 4 marathons in 5 months, along with 4 plus an ultra in 2017, I'm bored of the long stuff. Now aiming to get faster at the shorter stuff.
