About Me

Goals for 2011:
* Run 500 miles (currently 71)
* Bike 200 miles (currently 0)
* Reach a total of 30 parkruns (currently 19)
* Complete first marathon

* Run sub-30 5km

* Run sub-60 10km

I started running in April 2009, from a fitness level of zero! Followed the coach to 5k programme and completed Race for Life in June 2009 (5km).

I've now run countless 5kms, a handful of 10kms, the Great South Run twice and two half marathons, and have just entered my first marathon in April 2011 - eek!

Once I'm comfortable with the longer distances, I want to start shaving time off my PBs!

Don't think I'll ever be super-fast, but would like to get a sub-30 5km and a sub-60 10km.
