About Me

I impusively entered the Great North Run in 2001 for a new challenge. I didn't train properly but managed to plod round and it kick started a new hobby. Running has brought out my competitive side and I'm always looking for the next challenge. I competed in my first triathlon in April 2009 and fancy doing a few more but i'm rubbish at swimming! Running keeps me fit for my favourite pastimes - climbing and moutain biking  and I think all this activity complements my love of cake - pass the millionaires shortbread! |
