I got into FLM06 (my first proper marathon attempt), ran a 3.47 and used the fitness gained as a platform to greater things. plods have turned to jogs, jogs have turned to runs and runs have become PBs! 1.28 for HM and 3.19 for full mara. Slowly going for the London GFA.
