About Me
Started running for fun and weight control in 1997, then spiced it up by entering some 10Ks. First up was Biddenham 10k river run, took me almost an hour and damn near finished me off! Still, I persevered and currently have PBs of 46 for 10k, 1 hr 46 forhalf marathon and I ran FLM in 2008 at 3:48. After that I had had enough of running for a while and took up triathlon. This year I want to do both, and my next running goals are Silverstone 10K in May and St ALbans half in June. Big question is, why aren't I thin yet? Guess it must be the chocolate................
